Meet Michelle – Walk With Me Wellness

 Hi, I’m Michelle — founder of Walk With Me Wellness. I’ve been a nutritional professional for nearly 20 years, and my work has shown me one powerful truth: the individuals who thrive at every age are the ones who practice healthy habits in their movement, their nutrition, and their daily lives.

My own journey with weight and lifestyle changes has taught me that wellness isn’t about perfection — it’s about choosing yourself, one day at a time. Over the years, I’ve combined my professional training with what I’ve learned from clients, especially seniors who have lived long, vibrant lives. Their simple, consistent habits inspired me to build a lifestyle approach that helps you live well in every season.

I created Walk With Me Wellness to share that approach with you. I’m here to guide, support, and walk beside you as you build healthy habits, strengthen your routines, and create a life that allows you to truly live well.

I've spent more than two decades in health and wellness, working with people of all ages from infants to seniors. With  the knowledge and experience I gained, I have developed a series of workshops that focus not only on nutrition, but also on incorporating healthy lifestyle changes. Each workshop features food demonstrations showcasing healthier meal options that are both delicious and easy to prepare, ensuring participants can make informed choices in their daily lives.

Additionally, I incorporate movement demonstrations in my sessions, including fun activities such as dancing and safe, active exercises. These activities are designed to help participants discover enjoyable ways to stay active, encouraging them to integrate more movement into their routines.
