My name is Michelle Mahoney, a health coach dedicated to promoting wellness through engaging and interactive workshops.
I've spent more than two decades in health and wellness, working with people of all ages from infants to seniors. With the knowledge and experience I gained, I have developed a series of workshops that focus not only on nutrition, but also on incorporating healthy lifestyle changes. Each workshop features food demonstrations showcasing healthier meal options that are both delicious and easy to prepare, ensuring participants can make informed choices in their daily lives.
Additionally, I incorporate movement demonstrations in my sessions, including fun activities such as dancing and safe, active exercises. These activities are designed to help participants discover enjoyable ways to stay active, encouraging them to integrate more movement into their routines.
